Industrial Designer
Job Description:
SEG Systems is currently in search of a well-organized industrial designer with experience in environmental and spacial design. Your concepts and renderings should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the proper spacial and graphic relationships. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate concepts into manufacturable solutions. Must be able to communicate well and work methodically as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities:
– Well organized and able to present ideas clearly
– Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
– Utilize 3D modeling platforms efficiently and productively
– Create impactful and precise renderings for customer presentations & approvals
– Amend designs after feedback
– Ensure final renderings and layouts are accurate and visually appealing
Job Requirements:
– Proven industrial/3D design experience
– A strong portfolio (must send portfolio for customer consideration)
– Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop)
– Expert in 3D software platforms (Maya, Solidworks, Autocad)
– A keen eye for aesthetics and detail
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
– Degree in Design, Fine arts, or related field is strongly preferred
