The Charlotte Hornets completely revamped their marketing strategy by shifting their advertisement focus from Sprite to Dr Pepper. Dr Pepper established their presence in the Spectrum Center by transforming the 200 level into the Dr Pepper Pavilion and the Pepper Lounge. In addition to this exclusive area, promotional signage will be featured throughout the inside and outside of the arena.

SEG Systems helped bring this rebrand to life by partnering with Keurig Dr Pepper and the Charlotte Hornets to create custom, life-size Dr Pepper bottles. These 80-pound fabricated bottles stand at 10 feet tall and 3 feet wide, on both sides of the Jumbotron. The bottles were produced by encasing the interior foam with a hard finish, then they were wrapped with a full decal. To maximize stability, the bottles were mounted to a removable, aluminum base plate and installed with support cables.
