Special Projects Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating and managing various projects, ensuring their successful completion within specified deadlines.

Working within a team of installers and assemblers to perform efficient assembly installation and assembly of complete display systems within our facility, including systems furniture, case goods, accessories, and wall-hung systems. You will construct, test fit, repair and install aluminum, wood, fabric and LED lighting to frameworks and structure. Responsible for validating complete solution prior to delivery to the customer.

You will be responsible for timely completion of assigned tasks with a high level of quality and workmanship, and perform these duties with a high degree of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Read and interpret floor layout plans and blueprints. Assemble and disassemble furniture and fixtures according to specified plans

Pack items into cartons as defined including identifying proper padding, protection and securing of product.

May manage installation and assembly on larger projects both internally, and occasionally at customer site.

Must be able to work both in a team and as a individual to complete tasks.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted, climb ladders and work in non-repetitive duties that include kneel, crouch, and stooping to complete tasks.

Ideal candidates will have experience in fast past flexible environments that are quick to solve problems and adjust to challenges as they occur. Backgrounds in installation of custom cabinetry, office furniture/systems, or other product systems preferred.
