Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent attention to detail, and a clear grasp of how digital marketing supports the corporate brand and sales growth in B2B. This role requires analytical ability as well as content creation, with excellent clarity, spelling, and grammar to safeguard the company image. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic with a growth mentality that is both self-motivated and a team player. This position will be remote (with the exception of attending training, marketing and employee events 1 to 2 times a month).
Job Responsibilities:
- Website – Proficient in WordPress to update, maintain and optimize content.
- Content ideation, planning and management, implementation, and SEO optimization.
- B2B social media – LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube. Develop posts for optimal engagement utilizing keywords and internal and external linking.
- Write blogs and white papers on industry, trends and relevant B2B, Retail, and Event topics.
- Email campaigns using Constant Contact.
- Digital asset management, including maintaining libraries of produced assets for both internal and external use.
- Ensure compliance with corporate Brand Standards and applicable guidelines.
- Experience in both SEO and SEM, PPC, A/B Testing, and Digital Advertising.
- Analytics and performance analysis for all channels, including ROI calculation and recommendations for improvement.
- Help with employee and customer events.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
- 2-5+ years of experience developing B2B digital marketing strategy
- Experience with SEO-optimized web copywriting for content marketing
- Full professional proficiency in writing, spelling and grammar, attention to detail
- Website management and WordPress experience
- Experience with social media platforms, tools and B2B experience a plus
- Proficient in organic and paid search, SEO, SEM, Google analytics, Ads, and measuring results
